About the Host Douglas E. Noll, Esq., Lawyer turned Peacemaker, is a full time peacemaker and mediator, specializing in difficult, complex, and intractable conflicts. Doug received his B.A from Dartmouth College, his J.D. from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and his M.A. in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies from Fresno Pacific University He is an adjunct professor of law. He has mediated over 1,500 conflicts, including criminal offenses, clergy sexual abuse cases, employment disputes, and multi-million dollar commercial disputes. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and on the American Arbitration Association panel of mediators and arbitrators. He is an author of the books Sex, Politics & Religion at the Office: The New Competitive Advantage (Auberry Press 2006), with John Boogaert, Peacemaking: Practicing at the Intersection of Law and Human Conflict (Cascadia 2002) and numerous articles on peacemaking, restorative justice, conflict resolution and mediation Mr. Noll is an adjunct professor of law, an international mediator, and a trainer, lecturer and continuing education panelist.
